1:15 - 1:45 pm - Party Volunteers check-in and move to the library
1:45 pm - Volunteers released to classrooms for set-up
2:00 - 3:00 pm
(The 5th grade party will be in the cafeteria)
3:00 pm - Begin clean-up
3:00 - 3:15 pm - Volunteer check-out in the office
