Maxwell Elementary School is nestled in the northern part of the Hempfield Area School District just off Old Route 66. Built in 1952, Maxwell was most recently renovated in 2000. Our school has been updated with a full size library, gymnasium, cafeteria and computer lab. In addition, its rooms are bright and colorful, welcoming students to a comfortable learning environment. Maxwell is a single level school with central air conditioning.
